Exchange & Refund Policy
Call or e-mail our customer service for RMA# and return within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. An RMA# must be displayed on the outside of the box otherwise the box will be refused. Include copy of original invoice with instructions, size, colour, style change, etc. All shipping and handling charges are non refundable. We pay the shipping on exchange shipments one way back to you.
For our helmets, as these are certified products only new (unused) helmets will be considered for refund. There is a £20.00 restocking fee to cover inspection of helmets prior to acceptance for restocking. (This does not apply to our glasses) Web order refunds must include original credit card # and expiration date for processing.
Used helmets cannot be returned or refunded. |
